The eleventh annual Powys Volunteer of the Year Awards took place on the 23rd March 2023, at the Elephant and Castle, Newtown. The celebration of volunteering was attended by volunteers and guests from around the county and was organised by Powys Association of Voluntary Organisations (PAVO) in partnership with Tom Jones OBE, High Sheriff of Powys. Guests were entertained by West End stars Steffan Harri and Rosie Jones.
