Foster carers, special guardians and adopters are becoming more aware of the intersection between trauma and neurodivergence, which can often present in similar ways in care experienced children.
This session will draw on professional expertise and the lived experiences of foster families to provide a brief introduction to trauma and neurodivergence and to outline some of the differences between them.
The session will also give you the opportunity to ask questions to the presenters about some of the ways you can support the children who live with you.
