The Q Lab Cymru team The Q Lab Cymru team - Public Health Wales (nhs.wales) are working in partnership with the Centre for Public Impact It’s time to reimagine government | Centre For Public Impact (CPI).

Together they have developed a programme of activity around a Human Learning Systems (HLS) approach, beginning with a series of three Discovery sessions, which are free to attend.

HLS is about moving from vision to thoughtful action – it is a highly practical and engaging approach which puts learning at the centre of change and improvement, and people’s real lives at the forefront of planning and action. The approach embraces complexity, values relationships and prioritises learning, working with communities, public servants, and other changemakers in shaping a new future for government.

These Discovery sessions are for everyone - individuals in the communities, community groups and professionals - across Wales to come together to discuss what this approach might mean at local and national levels.
