The theme of the meeting is "Planning ahead" and we will be hearing from people who can support planning around dementia in many different ways.

If you are a carer, or a person living with dementia, this session will be really helpful for you. We will be hearing about "My Life, My Wishes", Lasting Powers of Attorney, dementia advocacy, and other services.

Please feel free to invite anyone you know who might benefit from this session. Although there are a number of speakers, time will also be built in for people to chat, exchange experiences and ask questions.
