Please see the invitation from the MS Society below.
Our volunteers deliver MS awareness training sessions to organisations across Wales. The training consists of a 1½ hour introduction to MS session (held on Zoom) which is designed and delivered by people with lived experience of the condition.
Whether you’d like to do this training as a group, or if individuals would like to book on – you can find the booking details on Eventbrite via the links below.
The aim of the training is to provide individuals, managers and organisations with a better understanding of:
• What MS is
• The symptoms MS can cause
• The variability and unpredictability of MS
• The impact MS can have emotionally, physically, and practically
• Ways people can live well or better manage their MS
• Working and MS
• The individuality of MS and the people it affects
• The support available for people living with and affected by MS
