Montgomery Energy Group celebrates Wales Climate Week.

MEG will be screening Sir David Attenborough’s new film ‘A Life On Our Planet’ to celebrate Wales Climate Week - 2nd - 6th November.

MEG invite you to watch it with them on Saturday 14th November at 7.30pm. They also invite anyone to then join them in an online discussion at the MEG meeting on Monday 16th at 7.30pm about what issues raised in the film we could act on locally. A link will be sent out nearer the time.

Sir David Attenborough has people all over the world buzzing, making changes to the way they live as they become more aware that the natural world is fundamental to our survival. We need to reduce our reliance on earth’s limited natural resources, replenish what we can and create less waste and pollution.

Wales Climate Week 2nd to 6th November

This will mark the original United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP26 (now delayed until Nov 21 in Glasgow).

All next week there will be free digital, live broadcasts and interactive events, where anyone interested in climate change can join conversations with national and global policy makers, campaigners and innovators about how climate change can be tackled.

Throughout the week, the sessions will cover issues involving agriculture, young people, hospitals and schools, fashion, businesses, mobility and much more. See here for the full programme
