Home Start are able to meet families outdoors and inside secure Covid secure localities and we hope to be back in the family homes in the next fortnight.

Four groups are planned as of 1st February. The exact details are as follows;

Fortnightly: 

Tuesday 9:30-11-00 a.m. St John’s Centre, Pendre Close, Brecon LD3 9EA 

Tuesday 1:00- 2.30 p.m. Holy Trinity Hall, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 5EQ 

Thursday 10.00-11.30 p.m. Plas Dolerw, Milford Road, Newtown, SY16 2EH 

Thursday 1:00-2.30 p.m. Vane Tempest, Hoel Pentrerhedyn, Machynlleth, SY20 8DN

Groups are very informal - an opportunity for a chat, coffee and snack. take part in play and craft activities, find out more about the local area and services within it along with making connections with other parents.

Sessions are Covid secure - following WAG Covid guidance along with Track and Trace and venues are fully Covid risk assessed.

There will be a minimum of two Home-Start trained staff at each session along with some of our wonderful Volunteers.

They are free and accessible to families who are open to Home-Start a referral form iss attached for any new families.

Home Start are open to taking new referrals and offer group contact as the family's main source of support if this suits their needs at this time.
