Through critical reflection, you'll change your own thinking, as well as identifying opportunities for your coachee to find their own solutions. This ILM accredited programme is designed to equip you with knowledge and confidence, allowing you to realise more effective coaching tools and techniques to spark meaningful change.
This programme will help you:
- Assess your own skills, knowledge and behaviours as a coach or mentor
- Know how to manage the coaching or mentoring process within an organisational context
- Deepen your understanding of how the organisational context can affect coaching and mentoring
- Plan your own future professional development activities as a coach or mentor.
