We are pleased to announce that we will be joined by people living with dementia and their carers alongside Lynne Neagle MS, Deputy Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing, the Alzheimer’s Society Cymru and Lleisiau Dementia.
Welsh regions will showcase innovation and improvement and key speakers will present a range of projects and research in support of the Charter and the All Wales Dementia Pathway of Standards.
Formal dress-code for the event is optional.
