Join Wales Arts in Health network for a morning of creativity and connection. Dip your toe into something new and experience how the arts and creativity can support your own wellbeing - feel more relaxed and grounded, or inspired and uplifted.
You can take part in 2 workshops and we will also be joined by Nesta Lloyd-Jones, Assistant Director at Welsh NHS Confederation and Emily van de Venter, from Public Health Wales who will tell us about their forthcoming Hapus campaign.
