Constellations provides knowledge and insight into an Outcomes-Based Approach with older adults in Wales.
This is an opportunity to learn directly from older people about what matters most to them in 2022. The training lasts 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
Constellations is a 1-hour training webinar aimed at: Adult Care Home Workers, Social Care Workers, Domiciliary Care Workers, Social Workers, Befrienders, Community Connectors, Volunteers, anyone working with older people.
