BIBS will now be hosting family-friendly WEEKLY MEETINGS on ZOOM

Thursday mornings at 10am.

: • Meet other mums and mums-to-be for informal chat (no worries if you are still in your pyjamas!!)

• Access healthcare professionals and discuss topics of concern in our ‘Guest Sessions’

• Explore personal breastfeeding experiences and issues in a friendly, safe environment. These sessions will be peer-led and offer evidence-based support

• Access 1-2-1 breastfeeding help with ABM trained supporters

TIMINGS:

Group Meetings: 1000-1040hrs Inclusive of Guest Sessions

1-2-1 Sessions: 1050-1130hrs Every 3rd Thursday in the month will include additional antenatal breastfeeding support

NOVEMBER GUEST SESSIONS:

12th November: Rachel Giaccone: Breastfeeding Specialist Midwife

19th November: Emma Cronin-Preece: Lbclc Lactation Consultant

The group aims to offer an open discussion platform for all mums and by sharing your own questions, experiences and stories, you may help others but to raise a specific topic of discussion or to arrange a 1-2-1 support session, in advance of a meeting, please email bibszoom(at)gmail.com
