Blending online and in-person approaches to meeting community needs.

On the 8th November, The Wales Centre for Public Policy (WCPP) and Frame CIC are convening a 2-hour online roundtable discussion to explore the opportunities and challenges of blending online and in-person approaches to meeting community needs.

The roundtable session will bring together key stakeholders involved in the commissioning and delivery of community wellbeing services, from practitioners and providers to policymakers and funders. The purpose of the event is to:

Share the research undertaken by WCPP and Frame and for providers to learn from each other about the experiences of delivering blended community services in Wales.

Identify enablers and barriers to adopting a blended approach to community service delivery.

Understand what local community services providers, policymakers, commissioners, and funders can do to enable successful blended services to be sustained and enhanced.

The interactive roundtable event will enable attendees to discuss the research findings and collectively identify how successful approaches to blending services can be sustained and enhanced.
