Our virtual support groups are held monthly for adults with arthritis, MSK or related conditions e.g., fibromyalgia, lupus, gout. They offer a chance to speak to others with similar experiences; share hints and tips; learn about managing your condition; and hear from guest speakers, including healthcare professionals.
At July’s session, we will hear from Mat Bailey, one of the Community Connectors in South Powys for PAVO: Community Connectors (pavo.org.uk) He’ll be chatting to us about his role and how the service links people to community support and activities in their area to help them maintain independent lives. The service can also support people when they return to home from hospital by working with other Third Sector services to identify additional local services that may be needed. All are welcome to join us!
