Join us for a free 6 week online Pilates series designed to promote physical and emotional wellbeing.  The sessions will have a mix of exercise and informal chat and will be every Tuesday from 11.30am-12.30pm starting on February 22 and ending on March 29. There is an expectation that if you register, you will complete the series.
