Our plan for helping people of all ages who are lonely and find it difficult to meet other people. This plan is just the start of making a difference to these important issues. Within TfW’s Community Rail team, we are reaching out to 3rd Sector organisations to offer some support to those people who feel lonely and socially isolated. We are also keen to support social and green prescribing
