About Mind Cymru’s Social Prescribing project

Over the past three years, Mind Cymru and four local Minds have worked together to develop and test a model of social prescribing suitable for people with mental health problems. The project was funded by Welsh Government as part of Together for Mental Health and has supported more than 2,000 people across Wales. Find out more about the project here.

About the event

At Social Prescribing for Mental Health, we will hear how social prescribing can have a positive impact on clients’ mental health, and how the project has supported people through the coronavirus pandemic. Join the event to hear key findings from the project evaluation report, and discover how incorporating mental health support into social prescribing techniques can benefit clients.
