The service is aimed at those who are feeling lonely or who are socially isolated and isn't restrcited to hearing aid users. RNID are able to offer a series of ten befriending sessions. They are offering phone calls, video calls or letters and hope to be able to offer face-to-face befriending in the near future (when circumstances allow).
