This is a snapshot of the range of services they are able to offer. Their service has been adapted through the pandemic to ensure that all participants are still having a person centred experience on programme.
Eligibilty Criteria
- Must has a sensory loss
- Live in the catchment area - Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff, Newport, Monmouthshire, Powys, Wrexham or Flintshire.
- Be long term unemployed (unemployed for 12 months or more) or Economically inactive
- Over 25
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
