Designed with Powys's unique challenges in mind, the ICJ programme works closely with delivery partners from third sector organisations & aims to ensure that people living with cancer in Powys get the best help to live their lives as fully as they can, by providing them with the practical, physical, emotional, spiritual & social support they need, to enable them to improve their outcomes & achieve what matters most to them.

An entirely new programme team is now in place, under the leadership of Macmillan Programme Lead Michael Griffiths.

This includes the provision of cancer prehabilitation & rehabilitation, led by our new Macmillan Allied Health Professional Cancer Lead, Jane Spivey”, said Mike.

The programme's key priorities reflect the commitment to continuous improvement to inform future service enhancements & evaluation of the long-term societal & financial impacts of person-centred cancer care.
