Group Support
We will also be offering two group sessions for up to 8 people to support physical and mental health. Group sessions have been found to create safety with others who experience similar symptoms, allowing trust to build over time as well as working with professional therapists experienced holding groups.

Offering: Movement for Health and Wellbeing.
Gentle yet effective movement repatterning practices to support: mental balance, physical mobility and those rehabilitating after surgery or injury.
Can be very helpful for those living with pain for pain management.
Can be helpful for those who may have lost confidence in using their bodies in function, creative, healthy movement patterns.
Can be helpful for those managing stress, anxiety and depression.
Can be helpful for those living with mobility issues.
Suitable for those who can safely travel to and from a venue without the need of intervention.
Dance Movement Psychotherapist Michelle Warner Borrow.
Offering: A Dance Movement Psychotherapy Group. (No dance experience needed)
A closed confidential group where members will be offered a space to explore themselves, their feelings and their experiences together.
With the option to express through movement, creative play and
words. A focus on the process of being in a group to support the understanding of ourselves in relation to others and the wider world.
This will be a sensitively held space, to support people to feel safe in this process.
This group is suitable for people who:
- Have low self-esteem or confidence
- Are grieving
- Are feeling anxious or depressed
- Are experiencing isolation or loneliness
- Have ADHD
The groups will run on Fridays for 12 weeks with the first session held on 16th December as a triage session that provides the opportunity to meet other participants and the facilitators. The sessions will then run from early January to the end of March. Please refer individuals directly to Eginiad if you feel they would benefit from group support, if you have their permission, please send us their email and/or phone number and we will contact them directly.
We are also available to support those without internet access or who may find it difficult to work on a computer, please get in touch and we can set up a time and place for this kind of support. eginiad.cmc(at)gmail.com
