Health & Wellbeing Group Sessions with Eginiad.

Eginiad Cymru’s Bursary Scheme offers a range of professional and easily accessible therapy sessions to individuals who normally find such treatments unaffordable.

Group Support

We will also be offering two group sessions for up to 8 people to support physical and mental health. Group sessions have been found to create safety with others who experience similar symptoms, allowing trust to build over time as well as working with professional therapists experienced holding groups.
