Zoom sessions run on Thursdays at 10:30am

Accessible on most devices, from anywhere in the UK, and technical support is on hand if needed. 

The sessions take place every week, and are a relaxed, fun way to meet other people who know what it’s like living with or alongside dementia.

Weekly sessions are free, and no referral needed.
