About 

COS will be working specifically with people with a vision impairment providing specialist one to one support using a bespoke person-centred approach.  Support will be offered to help participants find employment, move closer to the employment market or access education, training or work experience.  Support will also be given with transport and money management as well as help to develop confidence and vocational skills.  Eligibility to work with COS will require the participants to be over 25 living in Wrexham, Flintshire or North Powys who are economically inactive or long term unemployed (12 months or over)
