Calan’s specialist services include accommodation for women and children, community support and crisis drop-in services for adult victims, specialist support for children and young people, family programmes, recovery programmes including The Freedom Programme and Own My Life, a RESPECT accredited recovery and resilience programme for male victims and a specifically designed recovery programme for victims within the LGBTQ+ community.

Over the past 10 years,  Calan DVS has had a huge impact in terms of supporting women, men, children, families, communities and professionals.

   Some of the key statistics include support for:

•    1,863 women and 945 children and young people through our refuge provision

•    6,211 adults within our community services

•    3,295 children in our community services

•    327 families through bespoke programmes.
