April is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month.

Bowel cancer is the UK’s second biggest cancer killer. However it shouldn’t be because it is treatable and curable especially if diagnosed early.

Nearly everyone survives bowel cancer if diagnosed at the earliest stage. However this drops significantly as the disease develops. Early diagnosis really does save lives.

Join an awareness talk

Bowel Cancer UK are holding free online bowel cancer awareness talks throughout April. The talk, which is held over Zoom, lasts 30 minutes and covers signs and symptoms, risk factors and screening. Anyone can join, so why not help spread the word and let your colleagues know.
