Following the internal recruitment process, I am pleased to announce Clair Swales as our new Interim CEO following Carl’s departure.
Clair will officially begin in post on the 17th of October and will be working closely with Carl this week on an orderly handover.
The PAVO board and I look forward to working with and supporting Clair during her interim tenure. The combination of Clair’s experience within PAVO and the wider third sector, her compassionate leadership style and her drive make her an ideal fit for this transition stage within PAVO. We are working on having a permanent CEO in place by April 2023.
I am confident that the whole PAVO team will come together during this time and offer Clair their full support as we continue to deliver our high-quality standard of service
