Carl has been our chief officer for over 14 years, and his leaving will clearly be a significant change for us, our members, partners and stakeholders. Carl envisioned and managed significant change throughout his tenure at PAVO, leaving behind a fantastic legacy. His dedication and leadership have made the organisation what it is today. I thank him on behalf of the whole organisation and wish him well in his new role.

As chair of PAVO, I am privileged to work with skilled and experienced fellow trustees, together with our diligent and dedicated workforce. I have every confidence that PAVO will manage this transition smoothly and professionally in order that we continue to deliver the high quality and standard of service to which we are committed.

We are initially implementing an internal recruitment process for an interim CEO prior to an external process that will recruit to a permanent post from April 2023. The interim CEO will take up their new responsibilities from 17th October. We will, of course, keep you fully informed of all changes as they develop.
