This is the third Powys locality in which they have undertaken focused engagement for a period of a month.
They attended 13 different venues and spoke to people about their views and experiences of receiving health and care services.
Some people shared positive experiences, whilst others told them about the challenges they face in accessing services.
Following this period of engagement, Llais held a joint workshop with Powys Teaching Health Board and Powys County Council when they highlighted the main themes of what people told them. In response, they discussed areas of work which are already underway and some actions which will be taken forward were identified.
You can find their report summarising what they heard and the responses they received from the Health Board and County Council here.
