Powys Health and Care Academy has commissioned The Body Hotel to deliver its Breathing Space sessions on the following dates:

12-1pm:

• Friday 18 March

6-7pm:

• Wednesday 9 March
• Wednesday 23 March

Weekend sessions (1-2pm):

• Saturday 19 March
• Saturday 2 April
