We want to hear about your personal experience, whether good or bad, so that we can share your experiences with Health Board staff, Board members or with Powys communities to help us identify ways we can continue to improve our services for patients and their families.
WHO CAN TELL THEIR STORY?
Any patient, or patient’s family member/ carer, if you live in Powys or have received your health care here.
You can tell your story at any time, and it’s a very simple process.
We want to collect stories that reflect the broad range of patients that use our services, and we are particularly interested in hearing from patients of diverse backgrounds such as different ages, ethnicities, languages, and from those with disabilities.
HOW CAN I TELL MY STORY?
You can choose how to tell your story. We can record your voice to write your story, we can help you to write your story, we can film you or you may prefer to use art or photographs. We will not share your story with anyone until you are happy with it.
You can tell us your story in Welsh, English, BSL or any other language.
