Looking forwards to Phase 2, we will continue to embed the supportive conversations for people living with cancer, aiming to extend the offer to more people being diagnosed with cancer. In addition to this, the Programme will explore expanding the wraparound support to people living with cancer to empower them to improve their health and wellbeing, resilience, and outcomes through increasing activity and accessing support in line with prehabilitation.
