The programme of learning is running throughout February and March and is designed to help improve the wellbeing of this group of Powys residents who do so much to support others in their communities.
The Balance Programme will include sessions on:
- Staying Well – 7 and 24 March (two hours)
- Self-care – 21 February and 15, 21 and 24 March (two hours)
- Mindful Living – Two-hour sessions, over eight weeks, beginning 12 February
- Sharing experiences and support – 28 March (two hours)
- One Day Retreat for mindfulness techniques, creative activity and movement – 9 April, venue to be confirmed
