Staying Healthy during COVID 19

As we enter the third phase of lockdown it's important to maintain our physical and mental health as much as possible.

Maintaining a healthy routine and sticking to it can help us stay as well and healthy as possible. With more time on our hands it can be dificult to find ways to spend our time, sitting  in front of the TV and comfort eating may provide a short term distraction and relief but is not going to help our long term health and wellbeing.

For many people shopping on a budget, or reduced income can present a challenge. How do we manage to feed ourselves and our families, making sure we get all the nutrients we need. Worrying about finances, combined with comfort eating and lack of exercise can lead to a destructive cycle that can have long term impacts on our health and wellbeing.
