In addition to this NHS Wales have produced a useful leaflet about wellbeing at home, with lots of wellbeing advice and suggestions for keeping well from healthy recipes to exercise, to mindfulness and meditation tips. The leaflet can be downloaded from this article and shared with people you think may benefit.
