Digital Communities Wales have some funding available for third sector organisations located anywhere in Wales.

Organisations can apply on behalf of a specific individual at risk of digital exclusion for up to £500 for a digital device and/or connectivity.

A helpline is available which people can call if they have (or care for someone who has) recently been discharged from hospital. The helpline will link them with digital support local to them.
