The SPARK Project is a series of Life Story sessions online with anyone over 50 to help reduce isolation and loneliness and support health and wellbeing. Life Story Work is an invitation to share stories and feel part of something again.

Do you support someone over 50 who is isolated or lonely and might benefit from a warm and supportive SPARK group online? We can help with digital hardware like tablets and WIFI connectivity.

New SPARK group starts on Tuesday 5th October 2021 and runs for 10 weeks.
Time: 11am-12.30pm
