We run a support group for Polish parents and carers from South Wales every Thursday at 1.30 pm via zoom. It's a unique opportunity to discuss parenting challenges in the native language and explore the best ways of looking after ourselves as parents. The sessions are facilitated by Polish-speaking parenting and well-being practitioners.
