Training Needs of the Voluntary Sector in Powys.

PAVO are working in collaboration with Powys County Council and Powys Teaching Health Board to look at the training needs of the voluntary sector in Powys.

The aim is to conduct a training needs analysis that feeds into a feasibility study to take forward any learning and improvements.

We had some fantastic data from the first survey and many of the statistics have been included in the explanation of the second survey sections. Help us to continue to inform the training needs of the sector by completing our second survey which has bitesize sections covering the following areas:

  • Training needs for core values/skills, digital skills and transferable skills
  • Additional voluntary sector skills/training
  • Barrier to access/attending training

For those who also sign up to attend focus groups we will also be offering a free training course place to help develop identified training needs for the Third Sector in Powys.
If you have previously signed up to attend a focus group, you will also receive a free place on a training course.
