The aim is to conduct a training needs analysis that feeds into a feasibility study to take forward any learning and improvements.

Before we look in more detail at training, we want to know your views around skills and values and whether this is something you look at before undertaking any training.

PAVO are then looking to expand this into a more in-depth survey focusing on training.

Help us to inform future needs by completing the survey below. There are 4 short sections (core values and skills, digital skills, transferable skills & a small focus on training). There is an additional section for PAVO volunteers who are placed with Powys Teaching Health Board e.g. Mass Vaccination volunteers.
