The aim of this project is to gain insight into the concerns of unpaid carers in Wales, to find out more about the type of support they need and to learn about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on carers themselves and their ability to care for others. 
 

The feedback and stories emerging from carers recently have highlighted the immediate and longer term challenges they face. We believe it is imperative for researchers to hear these stories, particularly ahead of Welsh Government’s new National Plan for Carers.
