"We understand the importance of the social care workforce's well-being to achieve the best outcomes for people who receive care and support. This is why we have placed health and well-being at the centre of our workforce strategy and are developing a framework to set clear and measurable standards for how the workforce should be safeguarded. 

We have commissioned Practice Solutions Ltd to reach out to all parts of the workforce to get your views and ideas to help us develop a national health and well-being framework. 

Practice Solutions will be running virtual regional and national group discussion events, known as workforce viewpoint panel sessions, from 1 to 15 December.

These sessions will hold a maximum of 12 attendees, and last no more than one-and-a-half hours. They will take place virtually, using Zoom. You can sign up to attend these sessions via the Practice Solutions website.
