As part of this work, they are asking providers to complete an online survey about employment terms and conditions. The survey, which is being managed by Data Cymru, has been developed following discussion with the Welsh Government and national bodies representing the public, private and third sector.
Attached is an information sheet that provides details on what participation in the survey involves.
Your participation in the survey would be very much appreciated to enable them to analyse the data in a meaningful way and provide a report to Welsh Government that allows them to develop their policies in respect of this important aspect of the delivery of health and social care.
