We are considering looking at moving dialysis services at PRH to an off-site location in Stafford Park, Telford

No decision has yet been made regarding this potential service change, and as part of the process we want to hear the views of our patients and the public. 

We are holding two virtual patient and public events in January (with the option to also dial in to the call via phone). :
