The information collected will then be used to inform the development of regional services.
Such activities could include the creation of new products, processes or services, research (including PHD or Masters research projects), service evaluation efforts or simple improvement/change initiatives to better the quality of health and social care services in your region. These may stem from any type of organisation, whether it be the voluntary sector, universities, local authorities or NHS Wales.
If you are involved in any such activities, we would really like to hear from you. This could provide a great opportunity to showcase your good practice and drive positive change across health and social care services in Wales.
We would be very grateful if you would support this research project by completing the online survey, or completing and returning the survey that is attached to this email to Dr. Thomas Howson (T.e.howson(at)swansea.ac.uk).
