Recognising towns are vital to environmental, economic, social and cultural well-being in Wales, the Town Centre First approach, means all Welsh Government departments will put the health and vibrancy of town centres as the starting point for their location decision-making processes.

As a first step in exploring the potential for the concept, please find the attached questionnaire which incorporates your initial responses. 

If we can gather a wide response it will help determine  if there is a demand for third sector organisations to be part of multi-agency town centre hubs.  We can then establish if this would make the sector more sustainable in reducing core costs and what the options are.

Anonymity will be assured with any completed questionnaires. Results will only be shared with the Community and Voluntary Support Services for dissemination to other third sector organisations.
