In Powys, Llais is working on a locality basis to find out what people think about the health and social care services they receive.
During the month of September, they worked in the Ystradgynlais area. They searched for ways to engage with people of all ages and with different interests and to listen to their views. They engaged with approximately 200 people during the month.
During the month, they received comments which reflected a range of experiences and opinions. Some people shared positive experiences, whilst others told them about the challenges they face in accessing services.
They have shared our key findings with Powys Teaching Health Board and Powys County Council.
You can read a summary of what they heard and the responses they received from the County Council and Health Board here.
