The survey will be open until 25 April and will take 15-20 minutes to complete.
It is vital that they get as many carers in Wales to complete it as possible. This will enable them to build a comprehensive picture of how carers’ lives are impacted at this point in time in Wales.
Carers can access the survey below. Please disseminate amongst your networks and encourage carers you are in contact with to complete it. It is a short turn-around, closing on 25th April.
