Powys Youth Justice Service and the Young people of Powys requires a special kind of person who can help repair the harm caused by Young People who commit a crime by becoming part of a Referral Order and Bureau Panel that local people take the lead on by challenging children /young people to take responsibility for their actions and helping them to change their behaviours.

The Volunteer role requires working with Powys Youth Justice Services, Children / Young People, Families and the Victims harmed by the crime, to help prevent further reoffending. Volunteer Panel members will talk and listen to everyone involved and agree with the child /young person a positive and constructive plan of action designed to meet the outcomes above in a non-judgemental way.
