Rhian Croke and Simon Hoffman of Swansea University have published in The International Journal of Human Rights.This article reports on research into Wales’s progressive approach to implementing children’s rights. It explains the principled Children’s Rights Approach which provides public authorities in Wales with a coherent framework to planning and delivering international children’s rights policy.
