The report discusses definitions of sexual harassment, and the drawbacks different definitions present, and highlights the scale and severity of peer-on-peer sexual harassment among learners. Recommendations include a call for the Welsh government to create an advisory board consisting of a representative sample of young people across Wales, to co-design the Welsh Government’s response to sexual harassment between young people.
